I don't know that comm promotion goes bad; you can link to your posts from last year for sure, but there have been a ton of new comms created in the last year too. Maybe pull the posts from last year and add to them? I found those lists to be an amazing resource. I'd love to have a list of writing communities, or geographical ones or whatever.
